Effort, Search, and Work Will Eventually Bring Success - David Egoiani, Scholar of the Bank of Georgia
Education is a power that shapes the progressive future of a country. This is why, for years, the Bank of Georgia has been providing diverse educational opportunities for young people who do not stop and are constantly seeking ways to develop. Through partnerships with universities, students have the opportunity to participate in the Bank of Georgia's scholarship program from the very first year and receive full or partial funding. The project started in 2023 and already has over 350 scholars.
This year, one of the scholarship recipients, David Egoiani, shared his personal story, impressions, and advice.
David is a first-year student of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the National University of Georgia. He has been interested in all demanded and innovative professions since childhood: “I chose this field because I became interested in programming at a young age and realized that this was the kind of work I would never get bored of. In the future, I want to continue my studies abroad and professionally study data science. I have the ambition to be the best in my field, and I realize that this requires a lot of work, study, and search. I believe that many opportunities and adventures await me ahead.”
David advises future contestants to be confident: “I would suggest future participants of the scholarship to think about what they enjoy doing, what they do best, and sincerely convey their message to the jury. It may not work out on the first try, but there is a whole life ahead; effort, search, and work will eventually bring success.”
